Return And Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.


All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains—with all tags attached.


Size exchanges are allowed as long as the requested size is available in stock.


For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the courier has collected the returned package.


Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation with the status of your request.


Refund requests are managed via direct messages (DMs). Please include your order number and clearly state your request (refund or exchange) in your message.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES

• Shipping fees required to process a return or exchange are the customer’s responsibility.

 

• Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be completed.

 

• All refunds are processed via Instapay only.


• Sale items are returnable for size exchange only, subject to availability. Refund are not applicable on sale items.


  • Bundle items are returnable during regular (non-sale) periods only.

 

 

• Customer service emails are answered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
